Q: What should I expect when I choose Bounce Wow?
When you decide to order a Bounce house, Inflatable, face painter, balloon twister or any of our cool products you will get the following.
1) Prompt courteous service.

3) A “bounceologist” that will deliver the inflatable, set it up,
and go over the rules and safety instructions.

Q: Do you deliver and set up the units?
Yes. We will deliver and set up your bouncer and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts and will come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 30 minutes, and take down takes about the same. This service is included in your rental fee.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free within our free delivery area which includes Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and parts of Phoenix. Please call if you’re in a surrounding town.
Q: How much room is needed for a bouncer?
You will need to provide a level area about 20×20 square feet with an overhead clearance of 17 feet for our 15×15 bouncers. Dimensions of all inflatables are listed on that inflatables page, add about 2 or 3 feet around the inflatable to make sure it will not be rubbing against anything
Q: What surfaces can the bouncers be setup on?
The best surface is a level grassy area free of rocks and/or debris. However, we can setup on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, large indoor areas such as gymansiums, cafeterias or rental halls etc. It is very important we know in advance if it is a non-grass set-up so that we bring a tarp and sandbags for your set-up
Q: What questions should I ask when selecting a bouncer (or bouncer rental company) for my event?
All bouncers are not created equal. Find out what size the bouncer is that you are renting. All of our bouncers at Bounce Wow are at least 13×13 in size.
Make sure you ask if the bouncers are cleaned and sanitized between each use. At Bounce Wow we take pride in our units and clean and sanitize them between each use. We get TONS of repeat business and are well known for our clean inflatables and professional, friendly service.
Ask about the condition and/or approximate age of the unit. We maintain new clean units with cutting edge designs.
Find out if delivery, set-up and pick up are included. At Bounce Wow delivery, set-up and pick-up are included free in the areas stated above. Areas outside of our free delivery area will be charged a $15-$25 delivery fee.
Q: How many children can safely bounce in the bouncer at the same time?
(Keep age groups similar – Very Important – No small children with older children) Unit Size Children under 8 Children 9-12 Teens 13+ Aduts. With the toddler unit adults may accompany their children.
Q: Where can I set up a bouncer?
Backyards, Front yards, Parks, Driveways (if necessary), Gymnasiums, Rental Halls, and just about anywhere else fairly level and clean will work great for a bouncer.
Q: How far in advance should I make my reservations?
To ensure the best selection, we recommend you reserve your equipment as early as possible when you begin planning your event. We reserve our units weeks and months in advance. We don’t want you to miss out on the fun! Saturdays are our most popular day and book up quickly! We also take last minute and even same day rentals as long as we have something available!

We will mail you a rental contract to sign and mail back in the provided stamped envelope(or e-mail if you prefer). We take calls at ALL reasonable times. Our business number is a cell phone so we can be reached ay ANY time for an inquiry, or a question during your rental period.
Q: Are bouncers safe?
Absolutely! If all the rules and instructions outlined on the rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.
Q: How long does it take to set up the units?
It takes about 30 minutes to set up the unit and review the safety guidelines with you. The set-up time is not included in your rental period. We will set-up before your rental period begins and have everything ready for you on or before your requested start time. The renter/responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery.
Q: What is the rental period?
We rent out our units all day or we have 4 hour rentals. Unless you have a specific request we can accmmodate, for all day rentals, typical drop-off times are between 8am-11:30am and pick-up times are not before 7:00pm. For your convenience, we will call you the day before your event to give you a smaller delivery window once our route planning is done. If you are having a late or early party, just tell us what you want and we will deliver! If it is at a public location and you need a specific delivery/pick-up window, just let us know what that is. We are very flexible.
For our 4 hour(or under if needed) rentals, you pick the 4 hour window and we will show up a half hour before your start time to ensure it is ready in time. The set-up time is not included in your 4 hours of jumping time, so you will get the full 4 hours of jump time!
Q: What if it is rainy or windy?
Bounce Wow reserves the right to cancel a reservation (AT NO PENALTY TO YOU) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. If the weather is questionable, we will call you in the morning and give you the option to accept or decline the unit. If you have the unit the entire rental period, no refunds shall be issued. If it turns out that there is HEAVY rain and we elect to pick up the unit during your rental period to keep it dry, a partial refund will be issued based upon the length of the rental. It is important to thoroughly dry the bounce area after a light rain with towels. A wet bounce area will be very slippery and dangerous for children to bounce in. It is against Bounce Wow LLC Rental Policy to allow anyone to bounce on a wet bounce area.
Q: When is payment due and what type of payment is accepted?
Payment is due when the bouncer is delivered. We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders.
Q: Is there a deposit required?
Yes a deposit is required for all orders. A $50 deposit is required and will go toward your balance. (Personal checks or money orders are accepted for the deposit portion in advance via the stamped envelope we will send you along with your contract). The remainder of the balance can be paid at the time of delivery via cash, business check, personal check or money order. The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations due to inclement weather.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee. For orders requiring a deposit, there is no cancellation fee due to inclement weather and your deposit will be fully refunded.
Q: What kind of power is required?
The bouncer must be within 75 feet of a dedicated circuit. Do not plug anything else into the outlet or another outlet on the same circuit. A 15 or 20 amp circuit (typical for most household) is sufficient.
Q: What are my responsibilities as the renter of a bouncer?
You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. This adult must know all the safety rules and make sure those rules are enforced. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment as outlined in the rental contract.
